What is a BUNKPAD?
A bunkpad is a custom-built wooden bed structure made for adults, with stairs or steps for access to upper pads.
How much does it cost to stay at the PAD?
Oak Cliff, Ash Lane location:
$15/night, $97/wk or $375/month (30 days).
Fair Park location:
$25/night, $125/wk or $600/month (28 days). Private rooms at $700 a month. Taxes not included.
What is the process for check in and check out?
Check-in is after 11 a.m. Please notify BUNKPAD call or text prior to your arrival of what time you expect to check-in. Check-out is by 11 a.m.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellations and changes must be done in writing (e.g. email or fax) within 24 hrs of booking. We do not accept cancellations by telephone or in person. In case of cancellation, non arrival on the day (no-show) or modification, your credit card will be charged for the full amount due for your reservation . No refund is possible. This card charge is a penalty and not a payment, it is not possible to occupy the room.
Is the PAD safe?
BUNKPAD is camera monitored 24/7 for the safety of all clients. Also, House Managers and Attendants are present 24 hours. Interior door is locked after quiet time. No tenting or covering the front of your pad.
Is there a kitchen?
Yes, our community kitchen is equipped with induction stove burners, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and most necessary utensils/dishes.
How close is the PAD Downtown?
BUNKPAD is conveniently located 4 minutes from Downtown.
Is there a curfew?
There's not curfew, quiet time it is after 10pm til 10 am.
How close is the hostel to Downtown?
